Steve and Janet Allen of Wake Forest announce the wedding of Laurel Ashton Allen to Charles Corbett (Chase) Hall on Oct. 1, 2016 at Stonewall Farm in Youngsville. Ken Wagnon officiated the ceremony, which was followed by a reception hosted by the bride’s parents.
The bride is the daughter of Steve and Janet Allen of Wake Forest. She is the granddaughter of William Strayhorn of Durham.
The groom is the son of Charles Hall and Cynthia Wadford Hall of Wake Forest.
The bride wore a beautiful soft white off shoulder lace gown with a sweetheart neckline. The fitted bodice gracefully flowed into a trumpet skirt with a scalloped edge chapel length train, with a rhinestone belt at the waist. The bride also wore a two tier mid length veil with a sparkling rhinestone edge.
The matron of honor is Brittany Huntley; Bridesmaids are Brianna Bryant, Megan Levy, Beverly Wilder, Brandi Allen of Hendersonville and sister-in-law of the bride, Summer Masters of Zebulon and sister of the groom, and Brittany Woodle.
The flower girls are Haylie Goss of Franklinton, the cousin of the bride, and Payton Woodle.
The best man is Charles Hall of Wake Forest, father of the groom; Groomsmen are Seth Hall, brother of the groom, Nate Howe, Mark Shimmel, Landon Allen, brother of the bride, of Hendersonville, Matt Masters, brother-in-law of the groom and Dustin Woodle.
The ring bearers are Dillon Weaver, cousin of the bride and Brooks Woodle.
The rehearsal dinner, hosted by Cynthia Hall, Helen Wadford, Kim Hipp and Summer Masters, was at The Villages of Wakefield Community House in Wake Forest.
The wedding trip was to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
Laurel is a stylist at Salon One 21 and Color Bar, 121 S. White St., Wake Forest and Chase is a painter at Abra Auto Body and Glass.
