MedAccess Urgent Care earns accredidation
MedAccess has successfully met the requirements of the Accredited Collection Facility Program administered by DATIA, the Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association.
To obtain accredited status, collection facilities must adhere to strict standards in areas such as regulatory compliance, company services standards, specimen handling, operation practices, business ethics, and facility equipment. All accredited collection facilities are also required to maintain a staff of Certified Professional Collectors that are formally trained in DATIA’s Collector Training Course, and a Certified Professional Collector Trainer.
One of the most frustrating and costly aspects of workplace drug testing is the high incidence of rejected specimens due to errors are the collection site. As an Accredited Collection Facility, MedAccess can maintain a minimal number of rejected specimens.
MedAccess is located at 700 U.S. 1, Youngsville.
