WAKE FOREST — Carolina Harmony Chorus, an award-winning womens a cappella singing group, will perform Saturday, Oct. 19 at the Burning Coal Theatre, Murphey School Auditorium, 224 Polk Street, Raleigh.
Wake Forest resident Vicki Martin has been performing with Carolina Harmony for a while, including competing in the Sweet Adelines International competition three times since 2006. In November of last year Martin helped them win first place.
The local performance will be of Rockin’ Ever After, in which a lively troupe of repressed princesses follow their dreams to become rock stars.
The matinee show is 2 p.m. and the evening performance is 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $15 for the matinee, $20 for the evening performance. Students with ID and seniors are $15, children 12 and younger are free.
