Open gym with the Tarheels
The Triangle Tarheels are holding a free open gym for rising fifth and sixth grade girls at Youngsville Elementary, Saturday.
The time of the practice is from 2-4 p.m.

Rolesville Parks and Recreation
•The remaining session for the Eco-Nature classes at Mill Bridge Nature Park is Aug. 17.
•Tai Chi returns Sept. 4. Classes are Wednesdays, 9-10 a.m. and run for six weeks.
•Shag Dance lessons return in Sept. 24 and run for four weeks on Tuesdays. Beginner classes are 7-8 p.m. and intermediate classes are 8-9 p.m.
•Photography classes will be held Sept. 10, 17 and 24, 7-8:30 p.m.
•The last Monday of each month, Rolesville holds a senior dance at the Raleigh Moose Lodge, 2824 Forestville Road, 7 p.m. Admission is $5 per person, paid at door.

Wake Forest Parks and Recreation
Registration for the Wake Forest Parks and Recreation Department’s men’s under 35 4-on-4, men’s over 35 4-on-4 and Dream League basketball is open through Friday, Aug. 30.
Registration forms for each league is available at Town Hall, 301 S. Brooks St., and online at wakeforestnc.gov.
Dream League Basketball is designed for school-age children with special needs. Games are scheduled to begin in September being played on Saturday mornings through early November.
