Eric Lynn Pattridge, 44, Franklinton, died Oct. 24, 2013 from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. He was born at the Naval Air Station in Pensacola, Fla., the son of Virginia Mitchell and the late Roger Pattridge.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and was proud to be a member of the Franklinton American Legion Post #52. He worked for many years with his “other family” at TCS of Henderson and Raleigh. Eric attended Grace Haven Fellowship Baptist Church, and after studying the Master Life Plan, which he coined, “The Good Book Club”, he made it his goal to get everyone to join. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, brother, co-worker and friend to all who knew him.
Funeral services were held Oct. 30, 2013, at 1 p.m., in Grace Haven Baptist Fellowship Church Pavilion, 726 Hicks Road Youngsville, 27596, with the Rev. Dick Graves officiating.
Eric is survived by his wife, Kate Pattridge; a son, Zach Pattridge, of the home; his mother, Virginia Compton of Baytown,Texas; sister, Amy Hamilton of Houston and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and cousins.
