CHARLOTTE — Katherine Elizabeth Keith and Michael Allen Reddish, of Charlotte, were married in a double ring ceremony Saturday June 15, 2013 at Saint Peter’s Episcopal Church, Charlotte with the Rev. Jack Hollowell officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Benny and Sandra Keith of Wake Forest. She is the granddaughter of the late Woodrow and Hazel Woodlief and the late Vernon and Iva Keith, all of Wake Forest.
The groom is the son of Adele Sachs of Scottsdale, Ariz., and Ernie Reddish of Raleigh. He is the grandson of Doris Bawden of Raleigh, the late Max Azis, Suzanne Azis and Jack Reddish.
The maid of honor was Melanie Keith Bass of Wake Forest, sister of the bride. The bridesmaids were Jennifer Reddish of Indianapolis, Ind., sister of the groom; Danielle Powell of Arlington, Va., Alexis Marano of Wilmington, Kelly Valente of Charlotte, Samantha Lewis of Columbus, Ohio and Amanda Dean of Raleigh, all friends of the bride.
The best men were Rory Burkitt of Raleigh and Tim Walker of Charlotte, both friends of the groom. The groomsmen were Jordan Aziz of Miami, Fla., cousin of the groom; Brandon Cross and Adam Price of Charlotte, John Kilian of Wilmington and Mark Mayakis of Harrisburg, all friends of the groom.
The reception hosted by the parents of the bride was at the Mint Museum Uptown in Charlotte.
The bride is a 2002 graduate of Wake Forest-Rolesville High. She earned her bachelor’s degrees in biology and Spanish at N.C. State University and her Master of Medical Science in the physicians assistant program at Wake Forest University School of Medicine. She is employed as a physicians assistant at OrthoCarolina.
The groom is a 2003 graduate of Wakefield High. He earned bachelor’s degrees in business administration and Spanish at UNC-Wilmington and a Master of Business Administration in business finance from UNC-Charlotte. He is employed as a credit underwriter at Bank of America.
Following a honeymoon trip to Riviera Maya, Mexico, the couple resides in Charlotte.
