•Track 1 Boosterthon Fun Run is April 6.

•Rising sixth grade open house for Tracks 1 and 3 is on April 14 from 5:30-7 p.m. and for Tracks 2 and 4 on April 28 from 5:30-7 p.m.
•Choral festival at Wake Forest United Methodist Church, March 25, 7-8 p.m.
•National Junior Honor Society applications are available online and in Student Services to all seventh and eighth grade students who meet the criteria. Applications must be turned in to Students Services by March 27 for Track 2. Contact Mrs. Warren if you have questions or concerns.
•FCA meets for Bible study each Thursday morning at 7 a.m. in room 617.
•The drama club is sponsoring a video contest. Finalist videos wil be shown in the auditorium April 17 at 7 p.m. There will be cash prizes. All videos must be submitted for review by April 14. See Mrs. Lawrence in room 623 for more information.
•Prom is April 25, 8 p.m.-midnight at the school Tickets are $45 if bought before April 2 and are available in the main office.
•Heritage High School Colorguard is hosting a spin clinic for any interested middle school students on April 18. It will be an all-day event and will be lots of fun. Visit heritagespinclinic.weebly.com for more information!
•Wakefield High School’s baseball team recently raised more than $2,700 at a flapjack fundraiser at Applebee’s restaurant in Wake Forest. All proceeds will go toward field equipment for the team. The organization sold 410 tickets and raised $200 more through donations.

•Wake Forest High School PTSA has a new website: www.wfhs-ptsa.com. The next meeting is April 14, 7 p.m. in the media center.
•The PTSA and Student Services office are holding a presentation on college planning for any and all parents/students who are interested, in the auditorium March 31, 6:30 p.m. The American College Planning Foundation will focus on planning, financial aid, scholarships and other factors that affect the cost of college.
