The public will take notice that the Wake Forest Board of Adjustment will meet on Thursday, August 14, 2014 at 7:00 PM in the Board of Commissioners Meeting Room on the 2nd floor of the Wake Forest Town Hall. The purpose of the meeting is to hold public hearings on the following cases:
Case BA-14-01: A request filed by Adam Mills for a variance from Section 2 (Rear setback & Special Highway Overlay) of the Wake Forest Unified Development Ordinance for the Ridgewood Apartments Complex located in the 1000 block of Wait Ave., being Wake Co. Tax Pin No. 1840-98-7790.
Case BA-14-02: A request filed by Claudia Shows for a variance from Section 2 (Side setback) of the Wake Forest Unified Development Ordinance for the property located at 700 South Main Street, being Wake Co. Tax Pin No. 1840-39-3316.
Case BA-14-03: A request filed by Robert Shank for a variance from Section 2 (Street side/secondary front setback) of the Wake Forest Unified Development Ordinance for the properties located at 2445 Everstone Road, 2368 Everstone Road, & 2309 Everstone Road, being Wake Co. Tax Pin Numbers 1748-66-2979, 1748-66-2270, and 1748-67-2163.
All interested citizens are invited to attend the hearings. More detailed information about the request may be obtained from the Planning Department – located at 301 South Brooks Street, Wake Forest, NC 27587.
