CONSIDERATION OF A REQUEST FILED BY FRANKLIN STREET APARTMENTS, LLC FOR SITE MASTER PLAN APPROVAL FOR A MULTI-FAMILY DEVELOPMENT ON 6.63 ACRES LOCATED NEAR THE INTERSECTION OF S. FRANKLIN STREET AND DR CALVIN JONES HIGHWAY BEING WAKE COUNTY TAX PIN 1840-57-1108
The public will take notice that the Wake Forest Planning Board and the Board of Commissioners will hold a joint public hearing on Tuesday February 4, 2014 at 7:30 PM in the Wake Forest Town Hall. The purpose of the hearing is for consideration of a request filed by Franklin Street Apartments, LLC for site master plan approval for a multi-family development proposed on 6.63 acres of land located near the intersection of S. Franklin Street and Dr. Calvin Jones Highway, being Wake Co. Tax Pin No.: 1840-57-1108.
The Planning Board will consider the request at its regular meeting on Tuesday, February 4, 2014, at 7:30 PM and make a recommendation to the Board of Commissioners. The Board of Commissioners, at its regular meeting on Tuesday, February 18, 2014, at 7:00 PM may consider the petition and the recommendation of the Planning Board and may, in its discretion, choose to modify it.
