The public will take notice that the Wake Forest Planning Board and the Board of Commissioners will hold a joint public hearing on Tuesday December 3, 2013 at 7:30 PM in the Wake Forest Town Hall. The purpose of the hearing is for consideration of a request filed by Geer Street Properties for the subdivision master plan approval of a 10-lot residential subdivision proposed on 3.868 acres of land located north of the intersection of W. Pine Avenue and N. Wingate Street, being TAX PINs: 1841-43-7701, 1841-44-6011, 1841-43-5900 and 1841-43-4870.
The Planning Board will consider the request at its regular meeting on Tuesday December 3, 2013, at 7:30 PM and make a recommendation to the Board of Commissioners. The Board of Commissioners, at its regular meeting on Tuesday December 17, 2013, at 7:00 PM may consider the petition and the recommendation of the Planning Board and may, in its discretion, choose to modify it.
