# NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGFOR CONTIGUOUS ANNEXATION

The public will take notice that the Board of Commissioners of the Town of Wake Forest will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on the 19th day of August 2014 in the Board Room at Town Hall on the question of a contiguous annexation request petitioned by Iris Stoutt for the properties located in the 4100 block of Rogers Road (north side) comprising 29.562 acres being Wake County Tax Pin No. 1759-08-7854, 1759-19-1650 & 1759-18-0411.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
