FRANKLIN COUNTY, A NORTH CAROLINA BODY POLITIC, Plaintiff, vs JULIUS DEVON BOLDEN, Defendant.
Under and by virtue of an order of the District Court of Franklin County, North Carolina, made and entered in the action, the undersigned commissioner will on the 29th day of January, 2016, offer for sale and sell for cash, to the last and highest bidder at public auction, at the courthouse door in Franklin County, North Carolina, in Louisburg at 10:00 a.m. the following described real property, lying and being in the State and County aforesaid, and more particularly described as follows:
Description: that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being located in Bunn Township, Franklin County, North Carolina,
THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land designated as Lot 89, Block G, as the same appears on map recorded in Map Book 1, Page 178 of record in the Public Registry of Franklin County, North Carolina, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at an iron stake set in the edge of Warren Street and the intersection of a proposed street not yet open; thence along the edge of Warren Street South 51 deg. 45 min. West 50 feet: thence leaving the edge of Warren Street right of way north 39 deg. 00 min. West 100 feet; thence North 51 deg. 45 min. East 50 feet; thence along the edge of the right of way of hte said proposed street South 39 deg. 00 min. East 100 feet to the place of beginning.
And being a part of the land conveyed to W.B. Tucker and wife, Helen W. Tucker, by Trustee’s Deed of W.H. Taylor, Trustee, dated April 13, 1961, of record in Book 578, page 178 in the Franklin County Registry. See also Map Book 1, Page 178, of record in the aforesaid County Registry.
See deed from Trumella Bolton (hereinafter “Bolden”) dated May 17, 2004 and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Franklin County in Book 1408, page 485.
The sale will be made subject to all outstanding city and county taxes and all local improvement assessments against the above-described property not included in the judgement in the above-entitled cause. A cash deposit of $750.00 (Seven Hundred and Fifty Dollars) or five percent (5%) of the successful bid, whichever is greater, will be required at the time of the bid.
