FRANKLIN COUNTY, A NORTH CAROLINA BODY POLITIC, Plaintiff,

Under and by virtue of an order of the District Court of Franklin County, North Carolina, made and entered in this action, the undersigned commissioner will on the 25th day of August, 2017, offer for sale and sell for cash, to the last and highest bidder at public auction, at the courthouse door in Franklin County, North Carolina, in Louisburg at 10:00 a.m. the following described real property, lying and being in the State and County aforesaid, and more particularly described as follows:
THAT CERTAIN TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING LOCATED IN YOUNGSVILLE TOWNSHIP, FRANKLIN COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA,
Beginning at a point in the center of State Road 1113 Northeast about 2 miles of the Town of Youngsville, N.C. and corner for Lot No. 3, running thence along the line of Lot No. 3 N. 25 deg. 45 min. E. 348.85 ft. to a stake; thence S. 61 deg. 23 min. 80.88 ft. to a stake corner for Lot No. 5; thence along the line of Lot No. 5 S. 18 deg. 34 min. W. 352.24 ft. to a point in the center of said road, thence along the center of said road N. 61 deg. 11 min. W. 125.00 ft. to the point of the beginning and being Lot No. 4 according to map and survey made by Harold B. Mullen, R.L.S.for Simon Rogers, dated 1-22-76, reference to said map and survey being hereby made.

The sale will be made subject to all outstanding city and county taxes and all local improvement assessments against the above-described property not included in the judgment in the above-entitled cause. A cash deposit of $750.00 (Seven Hundred and Fifty Dollars) or five percent (5%) of the successful bid, whichever is greater, will be required at the time of the bid.
