NOTICE OF SALE
FRANKLIN COUNTY, A NORTH CAROLINA BODY POLITIC, Plaintiff,
DAVID J. STEVENS, AMY M. STEVENS, LAKE ROYALE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., LIENHOLDER, Defendants.
Under and by virtue of an order of the District Court of Franklin County, North Carolina, made and entered in this action, the undersigned commissioner will on the 25th day of August, 2017, offer for sale and sell for cash, to the last and highest bidder at public auction, at the courthouse door in Franklin County, North Carolina, in Louisburg at 10:00 a.m. the following described real property, lying and being in the State and County aforesaid, and more particularly described as follows:
That certain lot, piece or parcel of land and appurtenances thereto designated as Lot(s). No. 2370, Plat of Lake Royale Subdivision, formerly Lake Sagamore Subdivision which plat is recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Franklin County, North Carolina, in Plat Record File1, Slide(s) 103-105.
This conveyance is made subject to conditions, restrictions and easements of record applicable to and legally to and legally binding upon the land hereby conveyed.
See deed from Lake Royale Corporation, a North Carolina Corporation, to David J. Stevens and Amy M. Stevens recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Franklin County in Book 771, page 181.
The sale will be made subject to all outstanding city and county taxes and all local improvement assessments against the above-described property not included in the judgment in the above-entitled cause. A cash deposit of $750.00 (Seven Hundred and Fifty Dollars) or five percent (5%) of the successful bid, whichever is greater, will be required at the time of the bid.
