FRANKLIN COUNTY — Triangle Business Journal is conducting a Social Madness competition to encourage local businesses to get involved in social media for a good cause. Local company, Novozymes, is participating.

The competition measures each participating company’s online social engagement and assigns a score. Every two weeks, the top scoring companies in each category advance. Novozymes made it to round 3 last year, and their goal is to go farther this year.

The national winning company will win $10,000 for the charity of their choice. Novozymes has selected the Boys & Girls Club of Franklin County.  It will be competitive in the large company category.

To vote, visit the Novozymes Facebook page to like, share or comment on a post and see bizjournals.com/triangle/socialmadness to vote for Novozymes on the “Large Company” tab.
