•Franklinton Police Department responded to a call at Food Lion for an unresponsive man located in a stall in the bathroom. After police arrived they searched the man and found a syringe, a wallet with his identification, small plastic bag with narcotics inside and house hold goods used as drug paraphernalia. Emergency medical technicians were called to the seen and transported the man to the hospital. Charges are pending in this incident. Aug. 18, 11:30 p.m.
•An employee of Wilco Hess convenience store, 3458 U.S. 1, reported shoplifting after a customer notified management that a man had stole an alcoholic beverage in the process of buying other items. This incident is still under further investigation. Aug. 17, 8:35 p.m.
•A Dover Street resident reported larceny after someone took her daughter’s bicycle form the front yard of the residence. Aug. 16, 9:54 p.m.

•Rosalini’s Pizza & Subs reported two counts of fraud: obtaining property by false pretense and defrauding innkeeper. According to the incident report, more than $115 in consumable food items were involved in the fraud. July 30, 5:20 p.m.

He was arrested on Horse Trail Way by Woods and taken to jail. While at Solomon’s home, Woods and Officer J.M. Wake Forest police responded to 23 accidents Aug. 10-16, including:
•Stephen Travis Baxter, of Wake Forest, was sitting at a stoplight on Purnell Road when a gold Lincoln collided into the rear of his vehicle. This caused Baxter to collide with Mikki Lynn Baker, of Youngsville, who in turn collided with John Christopher Reed, of Wake Forest.
The unidentified driver of the gold Lincoln left the scene of the accident without providing their personal information. Three of Baxter’s passengers, Stephanie Ann Baxter, Abigail Marie Baxter and Georgia Lavay Baxter, were transported to WakeMed North by Wake County EMS with unidentified injuries. Aug. 14, 6:56 p.m.

•A Ferrells Bridge Road, Louisburg, resident reported larceny and vandalism after his nephew took his leaf blower and moved it without permission. When he was confronted by his uncle, the nephew kicked the blower over a decorative wagon wheel. Aug. 18, 7:24 a.m.

•An Ingle Drive, Louisburg, resident reported breaking and entering and larceny after someone pried open the sliding glass door to the residence and took a 19-inch flat-screen TV, 60-inch Sanyo flat-screen TV, 42-inch Vizio flat-screen TV, Xbox 360, DVD player, glass top foosball table, six Michael Jordan rookie trading cards, Carolina poster with a frame and a platinum wedding band. •The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office reported obstruction of an officer after arriving at a residence on U.S. 401 South, Louisburg, to serve five outstanding warrants. When the person answered the door he gave the deputies false information as to his identity delaying the deputy from properly performing his duty. Aug. 16, 7:23 p.m.
•A White Level Road, Louisburg, resident reported breaking and entering and a domestic dispute after someone broke into her home and began to fight with her boyfriend. Aug. 16, 10:25 p.m.
•A Gordon Street, Clayton resident reported larceny after someone removed a window air-conditioning unit and took most of the components from inside the unit at a residence on Clifton Pond Road, Louisburg. Aug. 14, 6:37 p.m.
•An employee of Taylors Creek Hunting Lodge, Franklinton, reported breaking and entering and larceny after someone entered a storage shed on the property and took a Stihl chainsaw, Stihl pole-saw and a Husqvarna chainsaw. This incident is still under investigation. Aug. 14, 5:49 p.m.
•A Dallas, Texas, resident reported larceny after someone took a stove from a vacant residence on Holden Road, Youngsville. Aug. 14, 3:54 p.m.
•A Sparrow Circle, Louisburg, resident reported illegal dumping after he discovered several piles of trash on his property. Aug. 14, 1:37 p.m.
•A Ferrells Bridge Road, Louisburg, resident reported damage to his property after a person who was living in a property that he owned allowed pets to destroy the carpeting on the floors, two interior doors and the interior walls. Aug. 14, 1:19 p.m.
•A Seven Paths Road, Louisburg, resident reported larceny after someone took 60 Percocet pills from his residence. Aug. 14, 8:24 a.m.
•A Gilcrest Farms Road, Wake Forest, resident reported trespassing after an unwanted person was on her property on Margie Circle, Wake Forest. No arrests were made. Aug. 14, 12 a.m.
•An Indian Way, Canton, Ohio, resident reported fraud after someone from an Orchard Hills Road, Louisburg, residence allegedly used her credit card information to purchase and ship items online. Aug. 13, 8:13 p.m.
•The Franklin County Drugs, Vice and Organized Crime Unit reported an assist with N.C. Probation and Parole with the search of a residence on Alert Road, Warrenton. Authorities located heroin and drug paraphernalia and two arrests were made. The arrested people were not named in the report. Aug. 13, 3:06 p.m.
•A Mutt Winstead Road, Louisburg, resident reported fraud after discovering recent unauthorized purchases on her debit card. Aug. 12, 7:23 p.m.
•A White Level Road, Louisburg, resident reported an unauthorized use of his vehicle after loaning his car to someone with an agreement to return it at a future date. The vehicle was not returned on time. The Sheriff’s Office will further investigate. Aug. 12, 6:41 p.m.
•A Henry Baker Road, Louisburg, resident reported a domestic assault after her boyfriend allegedly threw her to the ground. The boyfriend was arrested by Sheriff deputies. Aug. 12, 6:28 p.m.
•The Sheriff’s Office reported someone fleeing to elude, assault with a deadly weapon and possession with the intent to sell cocaine on N.C. 39 South, Louisburg after deputies attempted to perform a traffic stop and the driver continued driving at a high speed, reckless behavior and attempting to run a deputy off the road. The driver was eventually arrested and was found to be in possession of marijuana and cocaine. Aug. 12, 4:44 p.m.
•A Jenkins Road, Wake Forest, resident reported a dispute at a residence on N.C. 96 West, Youngsville, after his father-in-law allegedly threatened to kill him. Aug. 12, 11 a.m.
•A Bunn Elementary School Road, Bunn, resident reported domestic violence after her ex-boyfriend harassed her by telephone and came onto her property and allegedly kicked a car on the passenger door four times. The car belonged to a guest at the residence. Aug. 12, 8:31 a.m.
•Detectives of the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit reported controlled substance violations upon arriving at a residence on Ronald Tharrington Road, Louisburg after complaints of marijuana possibly being grown in the area. Officers found a storage area that was insulated and had a strong odor of marijuana coming from inside the building. After acquiring permission from the woman who owned the property, deputies found a hydroponic type multiple stage marijuana grower and boxes that contained growing equipment with shipping labels on them addressed to a residence on Shade Tree Drive, Franklinton. The person on Shade Tree Drive was arrested and all evidence was turned over to the City-County Bureau of Identification (CCBI). Aug. 3, 5:30 p.m.
•The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office, as part of an ongoing investigation, acquired a search warrant for a residence on Peach Orchard Drive, Louisburg. The officers were able to locate crack cocaine, cocaine, marijuana and hash. A previously reported stolen revolver was recovered and a box of .45 caliber Winchester ammunition was seized. An arrest was issued for several drug related charges. Aug. 2, 9:15 a.m.

•Zulu Chimalum Nwankwo, 29, 2717 Gross Ave., Wake Forest, was arrested on a warrant by Raleigh Police Officer J. Burke at 13798 New Falls of Neuse Road and Dunard Street, Raleigh, in Wakefield, and charged with misdemeanor possession of less than a half ounce of marijuana, driving or allowing to be driven a vehicle without registration and allowing the registration to expire.
