Arrests
•Elaine Dunston Perry, 24, 214 Fox Park, Louisburg, was charged with second degree trespassing by Officer B. Martin after she refused to leave the Wilco-Hess in Franklinton. Police were called because the manager complained of her “barking at customers.” They asked if there was somewhere they could take her and she declined to do anything. June 29, 6:04 p.m.

•Ernest Eugene Cotton, 60, 6529 Lincolnville Road, Raleigh, was charged on a felony fugitive warrant. He was arrested by Sgt. C. Minor on One World Way, taken to the jail and then extradited to Vero Beach, Fla. June 27, 12:20 p.m.

Sart allegedly drove the scooter into the parking lot, and it was considered larceny because he took the scooter outside the store. He was cited and released by Officer J.M. Hale at the store. Accidents
•Wake County EMS and Officer A.L. Chilton responded to a three-vehicle collision at the Capital Boulevard and Wake Union Church Road intersection June 22 at 4:48 p.m. According to the police report, Pamela Delores Plyler,  50, 320 Rudd Road, Youngsville, was traveling south on Capital Boulevard in her Plymouth vehicle when she ran into the side of a Buick car driven by Jean Harrison Dority, 81, 7117 Choplin Road, Wake Forest, who was crossing through the intersection from Agora Drive. The collision caused Dority’s car to spin and collide with a Ford SUV driven by Ronald Jerome Horn, 62, 309 Berwick Court, who was parked in the left turning lane on Wake Union Church Road. Plyler and Dority were taken to WakeMed for further treatment.
•Wake County EMS and Officer E.E. Bray responded to a two-vehicle collision at the Durham Road and Flemming House Street intersection June 21 at 12:34 p.m. According to the police report, Mary Hollowell Stephens, 71, 4112 Purnell Road, attempted to make a left turn onto Durham Road in her Lincoln car and was struck by a Honda SUV driven by Sakinah Nadira Bush, 37, 1201 Chamberwell Ave., who had the right-of-way. Stephens was taken to WakeMed with evident injuries.

Arrest
•Shante Lee Shipman, 24, 707 McDonald St., Lumberton, was arrested by Officer A. Edwards for driving while impaired following a traffic accident at the Sheetz. June 29, 3:30 a.m.

Incidents
•An alarm went off at the Huff’s Cash and Carry ATM in Youngsville. Everything was secure. June 29, 12:30 a.m.
•Police responded to a truck smoking on N.C. 96 making people believe it was on fire. They stopped the truck and told the driver to get it fixed before resuming driving. June 28, 5:30 p.m.

Arrests
•David Jeffrey Shearon, 67, Balls Way, Franklinton, was arrested on a warrant for attempted robbery with a deadly weapon. He was arrested at the Food Lion on U.S. 1 by Det. C. Wood. June 22, 10:50 p.m.
•Aaron Winston Lloyd, 17, 49 Graham Burnette Lane, Louisburg, was arrested by Wood at his home on warrants for two counts of felony breaking and entering, misdemeanor injury to real property and injury to personal property. Mark Christopher Rudd, 17, 793 Perdues Road, Louisburg, was arrested by Wood at the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office on warrants for two counts felony breaking and entering, misdemeanor damage to real property and damage to personal property. June 22, no time given.
•Jonathan Edward Cash, 27, 300 Cooke Road, Louisburg, was arrested by Deputy G.W. Stanly for speeding, carrying a concealed weapon and driving while license revoked. June 27, 1:33 a.m.

•A black Ford Ranger truck was reported stolen from Epsom Rocky Ford Road, Louisburg. June 28, 6:20 a.m.
•A South Main Street, Franklinton, resident caught someone living in the crawl space of her house. The woman had been trespassed from there before. According to the incident report, Angela Dozier was charged with trespassing and cited for marijuana. June 27, 8:18 a.m.
•A Tarboro Road, Youngsville resident reported a breaking and entering and the theft of a laptop computer and iPod Touch. June 27, 10:10 a.m.
•An assault was reported by someone staying in a hotel on U.S. 1, Franklinton. The victim said the assault happened in Raleigh and declined to give further information, but was transported by EMS to get checked out. June 27, 4:54 p.m.
•Gas tank covers were reported stolen from Ingleside Grocery, Louisburg. June 27, 11:45 a.m.
•A property dispute was reported on Kendall Lane, Zebulon. Two sisters were arguing over cut grass and had called police for the same issue the day before. Though told it was not an emergency but a civil issue, the sisters continued to yell at each other and didn’t notice when police left. June 27, 12:22 p.m.
•A scooter was reported stolen from a home on Duke Valentine Wynne Road, Louisburg. June 27, 6:48 a.m.
•An air conditioning unit was reported stolen from Rocky Ford Road, Louisburg. June 26, 5:53 p.m.
•A 2008 Toyota Tundra was reportedly stolen from a home on Weaver Road, Youngsville. June 26, 9 p.m.
•A boyfriend reportedly left his pregnant girlfriend on the side of Mort Harris Road, Louisburg after an argument. Two months pregnant, she was taken to the hospital for trouble breathing. June 26, 12:50 a.m.
•A Harris Road, Youngsville, resident reported felony damage to property. No date or time given.
•A domestic assault with a minor present was reported on Green House Drive, Zebulon. The suspect could not be found and the victim called someone to stay with them. June 25, 1:25 a.m.
•A Scarlet Circle, Franklinton, resident reported a breaking and entering and the theft of two flat screen televisions and a PlayStation 3. June 25, 2:28 p.m.
•A mailbox was reportedly vandalized by having dog food put in it on Clifton Pond Road, Louisburg. June 25, 5:43 p.m.
•A breaking and entering was reported on Robbins Road, Youngsville. June 24, 8:16 p.m.
•Communicated threats and trespassing were reported on Bunn Elementary School Road. Three people allegedly came onto the property and when asked to leave began threatening violence. June 24, 5:32 p.m.
•A mailbox was reported damaged on N.C. 39 South, Louisburg. June 244, 6:57 p.m.
•A domestic dispute was reported on Tarboro Road, Youngsville. No assault occurred and no charges were filed. June 24, 7:30 p.m.
•A domestic dispute was reported on Tarboro Road, Youngsville. Both declined to press charges. June 24, 9:34 p.m.
•Attempted larceny, assault and property damage were reported on Sims Bridge Road, Louisburg. According to the report, someone was trying to steal a woman’s air conditioning unit. The victim stole the suspect’s keys and took a picture of the two suspects’ truck. The suspects grabbed her and took the keys and left, but were arrested soon after. June 24, 2:35 p.m.
•A suspicious person was reported on Wyndfield Drive, Youngsville. It turned out to be an insurance adjuster after the storm. June 24. 2:50 p.m.
•A domestic dispute was reported on N.C. 58, Castalia. Both said everything was OK and no charges were filed. June 24, 2:28 p.m.
•Tools were reported stolen from a shop on Seven Paths Road, Louisburg. June 24, 6:26 p.m.
•A truck was reportedly hit in the Strouds parking lot on N.C. 96, Youngsville. It is considered a civil matter. June 24, 1:25 p.m.
•A landlord tenant dispute was reported on Arnold Road, Louisburg. The landlord refused to turn the water and power back on, though he didn’t go through the proper eviction process. It is considered a civil matter. June 24, 9:11 a.m.
•Tags were reported stolen from a car on Will Woods Way, Franklinton. June 24, 10:11 a.m.
•A BMW was reported stolen from Guaranteed Used Auto Sales on South Cross Street. June 24, 12:32 p.m.
•A firearm was reported stolen from a vehicle on N.C. 96, Youngsville. June 24, 11:50 a.m.
•Fraud by 12 counterfeit checks was reported at Arnold’s Convenient Mart. June 24, 12:36 p.m.
•An Opie Frazier Road, Henderson, resident reported a breaking and entering and the theft of an air conditioning unit and heating unit. The refrigerator and stove were found outside the house. June 24, 10:10 a.m.
•Someone reported extensive theft and damages from rental property on Harris Road, Youngsville. They include the theft of an HV/AC unit, two heat pumps, two HV/AC duct systems, two refrigerators, a stove, hot water heater, air conditioner, china cabinet and television, among other things. There was also extensive damage. June 24, 1 p.m.
•An all-terrain vehicle was reported stolen from a home on Sledge Road, Louisburg. June 24, 11:15 p.m.
•A breaking and entering and the theft of a rifles, pistols, a crossbow, sword, assorted knives, loose change, keys and pepper spray were reported at a home on Ronald Tharrington Road, Louisburg. June 24, 10:03 p.m.
•A Jason Way, Youngsville, resident reported the theft of two televisions, six digital cameras, an iPod, iPod shuffle, a pistol and jewelry, among other items. June 22, 8:18.
•A breaking and entering was reported on Williams Perry Road, Louisburg. Among the items stolen were an air conditioning unit, television, laptop computer, change jar and cell phone. June 22, 5:02 p.m.
•An air conditioning unit was reported stolen from Cathedral of Love in Spring Hope. June 22, 8:10 a.m.
•The Bull Creek Golf and Country Club in Louisburg reported suspects used golf carts to damage four golf greens and then abandoned them. June 22, 7:31 a.m.
•A shotgun, laptop computer, spotlight, mower, money and a cellphone were reported stolen from a home on Mitchell Store Road, Youngsville. June 21, 11:53 p.m.

•Paulette Marie Jones, 44, 1064 Shuford Road, Wake Forest, was arrested by Wake County Sheriff’s Deputy G.D. Pagliolo on Burlington Mills Road, Wake Forest, and charged with felony identity theft,  misdemeanor larceny, resisting arrest and two counts of failure to appear in court. June 28, 10:41 p.m.
•Monica Michelle Scott, 38, 310 N. Taylor St., Wake Forest, was arrested on a warrant at the Wake County Courthouse and charged with a misdemeanor probation violation. The arresting agency was not named. June 27, 2:18 p.m.
•Christopher Cordero Estes, 18, 13725 Camp Kanata Road, Wake Forest, was arrested by Wake County Sheriff’s Deputy E.A. Seda at his residence and charged with misdemeanor underage consumption of alcohol and resisting arrest. June 27, 12:22 a.m.
•Xavier Vishal Billups, 19, 140 Hatchet Drive, Louisburg, was arrested on a warrant by Wake County Sheriff’s Deputy L.C. Bromell at the Wake County jail annex and charged with assault on a government official. June 26, 6:33 p.m.
•Rosanell Eaton, 92, 1844 Mays Cross Road, Louisburg, was arrested by the General Assembly Police at 16 W. Jones St., Raleigh, and charged with misdemeanor disturbing the public peace, second degree trespassing and failure to disperse. June 24, 7:15 p.m.
•Wesley Evan Hartzell, 19, 904 Big Bend Court, Wake Forest, was arrested by Wake County Sheriff’s Deputy J.S. Martin at his residence and charged with misdemeanor causing $150 damage to personal property at his residence. June 20, 7:51 p.m.
