•Silas Charles Montague Jr, 52, 4147 Battlefield Road, Garner, was with one count felony larceny, one count misdemeanor larceny and one count first degree trespassing, a misdemeanor. He was arrested by Officer A. G. Sims at 2114 S Main Street and taken to jail under $18,000 bond. May 17, 6:17 p.m.
•Jason Stephen Vitrano, 20, 3416 Manford Drive, Durham, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana less than 1/2 ounce. He was cited and released by Officer A. N. Bitting in the 400 block of Dr. Calvin Jones Hwy. May 16, 5:10 p.m.
•Edgar Bandera, 18, 535 Robinson Drive, was charged with damage to real property. He was arrested by Officer P. S. Misko at 3000 New Bern Ave., Raleigh. May 16, 9:50 a.m.
•Jasmine Alyssa Isabella Maharaj, 17, 2800 Blue Ravine Road, was charged with resisting public officers and taken to jail where she was additionally charged with felony possession of a controlled substance on jail premises. She was arrested by Officer C. E. Babson. May 15, 4:11 p.m.
•Jessica Lynn Spears, 22, 7425 Bud Drive, was charged with failure to appear and transported to jail. She was arrested by Officer A. L. Albert at 225 S. Taylor St., and taken to jail. May 14, 4:04 p.m.
•Ivan Afanador, 57, 1017 Penselwood Drive, Raleigh, was charged with reckless driving to endanger and assault by strangulation, a felony. He was arrested by Sims at Burlington Mills Road and Capital Boulevard and taken to jail where he was placed under $11,000 bond. May 13, 6:50 p.m.

•Police responded to the ABC store because of a person trying to buy alcohol without identification. The person was asked to leave and no charges were filed. May 17, 3 p.m.
•Police assisted EMS on East Winston Street. The woman was transported to WakeMed. May 15, 7:45 a.m.
•Customer problems were reported at the McDonald’s drive-thru, but the car left after police drove by. May 18, 3:49 a.m.
•Police helped catch suspects wanted in a home invasion on Cureton Drive. Franklin County Sheriff’s deputies made the arrest. May 18, 1:02 a.m.

•Ellen Page Newton, 47, 1177 N. Main St., Wake Forest, was arrested and charged with felony obtaining property by false pretenses. Neither the arresting agency, nor the location, were identified. May 16, 7 p.m.
•Elon Saihym Pearson, 17, 3609 Ladywood Court, Raleigh, in Wake Crossroads, was arrested on a warrant by Wake County Sheriff’s Deputy P.G. Sutton at his residence and charged with felony breaking and entering and larceny. May 15, 9 p.m.
•Tilwanda Perry Hopkins, 32, 3224 Myra St., Durham, was arrested by State Highway Patrol Trooper S.M. Reed on N.C. 98 in Wake County and charged with misdemeanor driving while impaired and speeding. May 15, 12:30 a.m.

•Monika Von Windheim, 52, 6333 Mountain Grove Lane, Wake Forest, was arrested by the General Assembly Police at the state legislative building, 16 W. •Sean Bradley Gordon, 25, 106 Mohave Drive, Louisburg, was arrested by Deputy A. Andrews at the Franklin County jail on an order for arrest for felony kidnapping. May 10, 11:21 a.m.
•Danny Denton, 31, 1126 Alford mill Road, Louisburg, was arrested by Deputy W. Garrett at the Franklin County jail on warrants for two felony counts of larceny and two felony counts of injuring a utility wire fixture. •Christopher Alexander Chernick, 27, 120 Quail Drive, Youngsville, was arrested by Capt. E.H. Smith at his home for felony possession of five or more instruments and forgery of an instrument. May 11, 4:33 p.m.
•Milton Clifford Horton, 46, 109 Schlas Road, Garner, Christopher Erik Simmons, 40, 320 Rust St., Raleigh, and John Christopher Koniz, 34, 2013 Woodsone Drive, Clayton, were arrested by Smith on M.C. Wilder Road, Louisburg, for felony possession of burglary tools and attempted breaking and entering. May 14, 1:45 p.m.
•Dennis Jordan Collier, 17, 1018 Limer Town Road, Warrenton, was arrested by Det. D. Woody on Schloss Road for felony attempted first degree murder. He allegedly shot someone in the abdomen. May 15, 7 p.m.

Shearin II at the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office on warrants for felony breaking and entering and larceny. James Jamal White, 24, 102 Southwood Drive, Louisburg, was also arrested by Det. B. •A Butterfly Lane, Franklinton, resident reported an unauthorized use of her vehicle by a family member. May 20, 1:30 a.m. Deputies were called earlier when the resident reported a family member punched a hole through the wall. No charges were filed. May 19, 2:44 p.m.
•An argument between a couple was reported on Santorini Way, Wake Forest. No charges were filed. May 19, 1:02 p.m.
•A mother took out involuntary commitment papers on her 52-year-old son, who is allegedly a heroin and alcohol addict, after an altercation on Alert Road, Warrenton. may 19, 12:07 p.m.
•Damage to a vehicle after an accident was reported on Gordon Moore Road, Franklinton. May 19, 8:39 p.m.
•Gasoline was reported stolen from R & R Food Mart on Brantleytown Road, Louisburg. The suspect said he didn’t have the cash on him at the time, but now did so he returned to the gas station and paid. May 19, 7:03 p.m.
•A breaking and entering and theft of an air conditioning unit was reported on West Green Street, Franklinton. May 19, 6:55 p.m.
•Deputies helped EMS with a very combative patient, Tasing her three times and shooting twice toward her aggressive pit-bull. The woman allegedly kept fainting when EMS arrived, but didn’t want help. May 18, 12:44 a.m.
•A domestic dispute was reported on Stoneridge Court, Youngsville. The alleged victim was escorted form the home, but no charges were filed. May 18, 9:42 p.m.
•A home invasion was reported on Cureton Drive, Youngsville. A laptop computer and money were reported missing. May 18, 12:59 a.m.

•A dispute was reported on Mount Olivet Church Road, Franklinton. Benjamin Alan Dodd, 35, 140 Peasant Court, Angier, was placed in jail on a hold until sober. May 11, 12:28 a.m.

•Guinea fowl were reportedly shot at on Puckett Trail, Henderson. Police said the couple could go to the magistrate regarding the ones which had been killed, but noted the guineas had gone on the other person’s property. May 10, 3:13 p.m.
•Larceny of copper from an air conditioning unit was reported on Fleming Road, Youngsville. May 10, 1:45 p.m.
•A bullet was reportedly shot into a garage on Bethel Court, Youngsville. May 10, 3:17 p.m.
•A Farmhouse Lane, Louisburg, resident reported credit cards stolen and used. May 10, 4:08 p.m.
•Illegal burning was reported on Alcock Lane, Youngsville. An explosion was heard from burning aerosol cans. May 10, 11:41 p.m.
•A domestic dispute over a house key was reported on McKenzie Park, Louisburg. The alleged victim thought her boyfriend wouldn’t let her in, but he wasn’t home at the time. May 10, 5:59 p.m.
•Damage to a powerline by a tractor trailer was reported at Sid Champion’s Grocery, White Level Road, Louisburg. May 10, 7:59 a.m.
•A domestic dispute was reported on Eagle Nest Lane, Kittrell. The victim was escorted to the house to get clothes, then left and was told to go to the magistrate. May 10, 10:41 p.m.
