WAKE FOREST — Heritage and Wakefield High School are hosting sports camps this summer. Both schools will teach kids how to play sports such as basketball, lacrosse, soccer and volleyball.
Starting with Wakefield, they will host their fourth annual summer basketball camp from June 17-20. The camp is open for both boys and girls from kindergarten to eighth grade. The camps will take place at the Wakefield High School gym from 9 a.m. to noon. It costs $125 to register.

For Heritage, their Husky Youth Sports Camps will include basketball, lacrosse, soccer and volleyball at their high school. The dates are June 24-27 from 5:30-8 p.m.
The age group is rising third through ninth graders. Volunteers include high school coaches and players, including former high school athletes. Each camp costs $90 each and the link to register is wakecountyathletics.com/huskysportscamps.
