The Wake Forest Police Department investigated the following incidents and arrested the following suspects from April 3-9, according to public police records.

April 3

• Communicating threats, damage to personal property, reported by Stephanie Lynn Ross at 2:51 p.m. in the 12300 block of Wake Union Church Road.

• Possession of drug paraphernalia, reported at 2:15 p.m. in the 12400 block of Capital Boulevard.

• Possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, reported at 7:27 p.m. in the 12400 block of Wake Union Church Road.

• Possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, reported at 8:47 p.m. in the 200 block of Brick Street.

April 4

• Possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, reported at 12 p.m. in the 300 block of Durham Road.

• Carrying a concealed weapon, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, reported at 6:53 p.m. in the 12400 block of Wake Union Church Road.

• Possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, reported at 10:07 p.m. in the 2200 block of South Main Street.

• Possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, DWI, reported at 11:29 p.m. in the 300 block of Dr. Calvin Jones Highway, Raleigh.

• Devonte Tremont Green, 25, of Daniel Street, Oxford, charged with failure to appear and assault at 2 a.m. in the 11000 block of Capital Boulevard, $6,000 secured bond.

• Holly Jacqueline Peterson, 29, of Capital Creek Drive, Wake Forest, charged with felony larceny and felony obtaining property by false pretense at 8:30 p.m. in the 1800 block of Capital Creek Drive, $10,000 secured bond.

April 5

• Drug offense, reported at 5:29 p.m. in the 400 block of Elm Avenue.

• Damage to personal property, reported at 8:38 a.m. in the 700 block of Red Horse Way.

• Otniel Salvador Urbina, 19, of Stony Hill Road, Wake Forest, charged with DWI at 3:17 a.m. on Dr. Calvin Jones Highway at Durham Road, $500 secured bond.

• Ryan Edward Walsh, 24, of Coppergate Drive, Raleigh, charged with simple possession of a schedule III controlled substance, simple possession of a schedule IV controlled substance and DWI at 5:29 p.m. in the 400 block of Elm Avenue, $2,000 unsecured bond.

April 6

Damage to personal property, reported at 3:30 p.m. in the 1800 block of Capital Creek Drive.

• Simple assault, reported at 12:36 a.m. in the 900 block of Gateway Commons Circle.

• Possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, reported at 9:23 a.m. in the 10300 block of Capital Boulevard.

• Felony breaking and entering a residence, reported at 10:58 p.m. in the 2200 block of Sweet Annie Way.

• Beatrice Mitchell, 49, of Allen Avenue, Franklinton, charged with two counts of worthless check at 12:19 a.m. in the 12000 block of Retail Drive, Wake Forest, $2,000 unsecured bond.

April 7

Felony larceny, reported by Joshua Lee Cutchins at 1:55 p.m. in the 11400 block of Royall Cotton Road.

• Possession of drug paraphernalia, reported at 6:50 p.m. in the 600 block of Dr. Calvin Jones Highway.

April 8

• Assault on a female, reported at 9:43 a.m. in the 800 block of North Franklin Street.

• Possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, reported at 3:49 p.m. in the 13600 block of Capital Boulevard.

• Simple assault, communicating threats, reported at 6:51 p.m. in the 700 block of Opposition Way.

• Simple assault, communicating threats, reported at 7:39 p.m. in the 1600 block of Woodfield Creek Drive.

• Tony Andrews Galvez-Roblero, 25, of North Franklin Street, Wake Forest, charged with assault on a female at 12:49 p.m. in the 800 block of North Franklin Street, no bond.

• Kevin Tyler Kidd, 51, of Woodfield Creek Drive, Wake Forest, charged with simple assault and communicating threats at 7:39 p.m. in the 1600 block of Woodfield Creek Drive, $2,000 secured bond.

April 9

Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, damage to real property, reported at 9:19 a.m. in the 300 block of Siena Drive.

• Larceny, reported at 10:25 a.m. in the 2100 block of South Main Street.

• Wesley Trent Daniel, 35, of Siena Drive, Wake Forest, charged with felony obtaining property by false pretense and two counts larceny at 3:58 p.m. in the 2100 block of South Main Street, $36,000 secured bond.
