The Wake Forest Police Department investigated the following incidents and arrested the following suspects from April 30 through May 6, according to public police records.

April 30

• Breaking and entering, reported by Tonya Denton at 12 p.m. in the 700 block of Elizabeth Avenue.

• Larceny, reported by James Allen at 12 p.m. in the 1400 block of Main Divide Drive.

• Assault with a deadly weapon, assault on a female, communicating threats, possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana, reported at 1:19 p.m. in the 300 block of East Perry Avenue.

• James Earl Davis Jr., 50, of East Perry Avenue, Wake Forest, charged with assault with a deadly weapon, assault on a female, communicating threats, possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and resist/delay/obstruct an officer at 1:19 p.m. in the 300 block of East Perry Avenue, no bond.

• Thomas Ryan Lowery, 26, of Watson Woods Lane, Wake Forest, charged with two counts of probation violation at 1:39 p.m. in the 1800 block of South Main Street, $20,000 secured bond.

May 1

• Pickpocketing, reported at 2:01 p.m. in the 2100 block of South Main Street.

• Credit card fraud, reported at 3 p.m. in the 9800 block of Sweet Basil Drive.

• Possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, reported at 7:12 p.m. in the 1600 block of Durham Road.

• Brenda Lynne Smith, 48, of N.C. Highway 96, Youngsville, charged with simple worthless check at 12:08 a.m. in the 11900 block of Capital Boulevard, no bond listed.

May 2

• Breaking and entering a motor vehicle, larceny, reported by James Patrick Mungle at 12:15 p.m. in the 11800 block of Galaxy Drive.

• Possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, reported at 4:02 p.m. in the 2400 block of Purnell Road.

• Larceny, reported by Azzouz Najah at 5:05 p.m. in the 900 block of Gateway Commons Circle.

• Possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, reported at 8:59 p.m. in the 12000 block of Retail Drive.

• Sean Glenn Smith, 48, of Wilts Dairy Point, Wake Forest, charged with violation of a domestic violence protection order at 11:55 p.m. in the 1000 block of Wilts Dairy Point, $1,500 secured bond.

May 3

• Resisting a public officer, reported at 12:28 a.m. in the 12500 block of Capital Boulevard.

• Possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, fugitive from justice, reported at 10:31 a.m. in the 13600 block of Capital Boulevard.

• Suspicious activity, reported at 1:49 p.m. in the 200 block of Brooks Street.

• Suspicious activity, reported at 1:55 p.m. in the 200 block of Selsey Drive.

• Breaking or entering, reported at 2:20 p.m. in the 500 block of North White Street.

• Lisa Irene Ragland, 47, of Patton Circle, Henderson, charged with an order for arrest and fugitive warrant at 10:31 a.m. in the 13600 block of Capital Boulevard, $36,000 secured bond.
