YOUNGSVILLE — The Kiwanis Club of Youngsville is hosting a turkey shoot Fridays and Saturdays through Dec. 7.
The turkey shoot will be held at 2808 Cedar Creek Road, near the Panic Point Haunted Forest. Tickets are $5 and ammo is provided participants will need to bring their own shotgun.
Prizes include steaks, ribs and cash. All proceeds support local youth projects of the Kiwanis Club. Kiwanis of Youngsville sponsors the Key Club at Franklinton High School, partners with Youngsville Area Business Association to fund Christmas projects for kids in southern Franklin County and help fund the town’s Fall Festival.
Kiwanis meets every Wednesday for lunch at First Baptist Church, Youngsville.
